Complex Case Migration Assessment & Advice

A standard migration assessment plus advice on complex issues including character issues, health issues, breaches of prior visa conditions (including overstaying expiry of visa), refusal or cancellation of visa application, and failed Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) applications. If after the assessment you decide to proceed with us for any other services (e.g. preparation and lodgement of a visa application), within 3 months after the assessment, we will credit $550 towards those fees.
